  在當今信息高速發(fā)展的社會(huì )中，“人才”決定了企業(yè)發(fā)展。因此，如何評估員工的價(jià)值，或是個(gè)人如何證明自己的專(zhuān)業(yè)能力，就成為關(guān)鍵。Sun公司為了為業(yè)界建立一套認證的標準，特別針對*進(jìn)的科技，推出Java及Solaris 技術(shù)認證方案。根據這些認證，在企業(yè)方面可以藉此作為招聘人才的評判標準，或是作為衡量員工技術(shù)水準的依據；在技術(shù)方面，通過(guò)這些認證可以證明您的技術(shù)能力，實(shí)現未來(lái)美好的事業(yè)前景及生活目標。
  Sun 在 UNIX領(lǐng)域一直是技術(shù)上和市場(chǎng)占有率的領(lǐng)先者；近年來(lái)又推出Java技術(shù)，更成為業(yè)界的標準。所以Sun公司所舉辦的認證考試，必然成為Java和UNIX在全球信息界公認的標準。

為了測試使用者對于Solaris網(wǎng)絡(luò )管理能力，Sun推出Certified Network Administrator(SCNA)。內容包括基本網(wǎng)絡(luò )概念、Routing and Subnet、Security、Performance、DNS、NIS+等
