portant;">學(xué)校鼓勵教師參與教研、科研,并采取"選苗子、結對子、壓擔子、讓位子、結果子"的方式,鼓勵教師參加教研工作。學(xué)校制定了一系列鼓勵教師參加教研的政策,鼓勵教師圍繞教學(xué)各環(huán)節開(kāi)展深入的研究工作,對取得科研成果的教師給予獎勵。學(xué)校明確規定,凡省市行政*和財政*組織的有關(guān)教研活動(dòng),學(xué)術(shù)活動(dòng)、人員培訓、教材編寫(xiě),學(xué)校均派員參加,全額報銷(xiāo)往返旅差費、會(huì )務(wù)費,其他機構組織的學(xué)術(shù)活動(dòng),也根據需要積極參加。2001年承擔市級科研課題《通用工資管理系統》、《中學(xué)田徑運動(dòng)會(huì )通用管理軟件》的研究、開(kāi)發(fā),還參加了*教育科學(xué)"十五"規劃教育部重點(diǎn)課題《職業(yè)指導和創(chuàng )業(yè)教育的研究與實(shí)驗》的實(shí)驗和《學(xué)分制改革研究》實(shí)驗。
portant;">教師參與教研科研的積極性普通較高,學(xué)校每期組織一次教育教學(xué)工作經(jīng)驗交流,每年編一期《*教研論文》和一期《學(xué)生工作》共2部論文集,有的教師還自己出了論文集。近5年來(lái),公開(kāi)發(fā)表的論文有155篇,獲獎?wù)撐?6篇(*級16篇、省級19篇,市級11篇),學(xué)校教師主編教材4本,參編教材18本。教師參與科研,極大地提高了教學(xué)水平。
