湖南通航航空技工學(xué)校是經(jīng)湖南省人力資源和社會(huì )廳批準成立,由中航空港(湖南)教育集團出資創(chuàng )辦的一所全日制中等技工學(xué)校。學(xué)校以黨的建設為統領(lǐng),秉持"技能為本,學(xué)以應用"的教育理念,深入貫徹*制造2025、扶貧戰略和湖南省創(chuàng )新引領(lǐng)等發(fā)展戰略,以服務(wù)湖南航空產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展和地方經(jīng)濟建設為宗旨,致力于創(chuàng )建湖南省內新型航空類(lèi)技工學(xué)校,打造省內民辦技工學(xué)校品牌。

學(xué)校堅持"工學(xué)結合、產(chǎn)教融合,校企合作、互利雙贏(yíng)"的辦學(xué)模式,以就業(yè)為導向,與企業(yè)開(kāi)展深度合作,聯(lián)合制訂人才培養標準與方案,根據崗位要求確立課程體系,實(shí)現教學(xué)現場(chǎng)與工作現場(chǎng)相結合,學(xué)校教育與企業(yè)頂崗實(shí)習相結合,通過(guò)企業(yè)訂單培養,與企業(yè)聯(lián)合培養合格人才。開(kāi)設有航空服務(wù)、軌道交通、飛機制造、汽車(chē)制造與裝配(新能源方向)、物聯(lián)網(wǎng)應用、新媒體大數據運營(yíng)、VR技術(shù)等專(zhuān)業(yè)。
