(文末附實(shí)時(shí)更新的福利【大漠點(diǎn)詞】和【黃金口語(yǔ)】)筆者*次考托福的時(shí)候只拿到了口語(yǔ)20分,總分79分的成績(jì),經(jīng)歷了一個(gè)月的自學(xué),通過(guò)自己總結的學(xué)習方法和勤奮努力,最終拿到了總分101分,口語(yǔ)27分的成績(jì)。其中一個(gè)月口語(yǔ)從20分到27分的進(jìn)步,就連在老師的眼里,也覺(jué)得蠻不可思議。話(huà)不多說(shuō),給大家分享一下我的學(xué)習方法。我口語(yǔ)水平一般,也不是在學(xué)習上很自覺(jué)地那種人, 一共考過(guò)兩次托福,*次79,第二次101。期間從來(lái)沒(méi)上過(guò)任何課,只是跟著(zhù)微信公眾號了解各科備考方法,然后考前參加了一期testdaily的點(diǎn)詞(插一句:閱讀詞匯全對,幫助挺大的)?!綯D大漠點(diǎn)詞根據托??荚噷?shí)時(shí)更新,需要的同學(xué)關(guān)注我并私信我【點(diǎn)詞】即可領(lǐng)取~~】在第二次口語(yǔ)說(shuō)的有點(diǎn)跑題并且遇到大面積壓分的情況下得了27,盡管相比很多像native speaker一樣邏輯還十分清晰的大神相差很遠,但是只有一個(gè)月的自學(xué),口語(yǔ)進(jìn)步7分讓我有了繼續考滿(mǎn)分的動(dòng)力,也因為通過(guò)這次考試讓我發(fā)現托福的口語(yǔ)是有捷徑的。這個(gè)捷徑能幫助到很多口語(yǔ)徘徊在20分上下的同學(xué),包括閱讀聽(tīng)力都滿(mǎn)分但口語(yǔ)就是上不了23的學(xué)霸們一點(diǎn)幫助的。 在公眾號看了各種備考心得,我覺(jué)得每個(gè)人殺托的心路歷程都是值得學(xué)習的,但是對于不同的人來(lái)說(shuō)就要學(xué)會(huì )取其精華了。很多同學(xué)可能看到大神考了口語(yǔ)30分,就要完全的去模仿大神的備考,可是這種方式往往會(huì )不適合自己的水平,導致事倍功半。下面介紹一下我是怎么用模板的。 獨立口語(yǔ)首先說(shuō)獨立口語(yǔ),我先根據不同的題型把題目歸類(lèi),然后去找一些萬(wàn)能理由。這個(gè)步驟聽(tīng)起來(lái)難,其實(shí)很簡(jiǎn)單。比如我們都最最常見(jiàn)的幾類(lèi)題:sports activity, , , personal life等。我買(mǎi)過(guò)一本書(shū)做過(guò)參考,里面給出過(guò)許多萬(wàn)能理由。但是我之所以推薦大家自己想有以下四個(gè)理由:我們自己想出的段子會(huì )方便我們自己記憶 ;不用擔心和別人的重復;自己寫(xiě)的內容自己最熟悉最了解也*自己的水平,避免了段子說(shuō)的特別溜,結果換個(gè)語(yǔ)境就完全蒙的窘境; 自己寫(xiě)的東西自己可以靈活運用,因為再萬(wàn)能的理由也不可能讓每次都能1:1的套進(jìn)去。下面給一個(gè)我的sports的段子:Sport is important for keeping me healthy and fit, so I will be unlikely to get ill or be affected by diseases, but on my study for a long period of time.As a result, my work will be improved.However, long time work can be harmful to my physical health. Instead of reading in the room, I prefer doing some sports to stretch my arms and legs, boost my energy and refresh my mind. After coming back, I will be able to focus better.看,簡(jiǎn)單明了沒(méi)有什么高大上的詞匯就是一個(gè)邏輯性很強的理由??此普f(shuō)了很多,其實(shí)無(wú)非就是一個(gè)正向和一個(gè)反向的觀(guān)點(diǎn)重復說(shuō)了一遍。這種方法也可以幫大家在考場(chǎng)上臨時(shí)想論據理由節約很多時(shí)間。也建議大家不要在萬(wàn)能理由上想太多花哨的論點(diǎn)和詞匯。如果你的理由和你的真實(shí)水平不匹配的話(huà),很容易被看穿的。PS:自己想的理由里*要有細節,邏輯上是從general到specific。每段都給個(gè)例子*,家里七大姑八大姨給你講的雞湯大道理,生活經(jīng)驗或者趣事都可以當成例子。然后就要強調之后學(xué)習萬(wàn)能理由的關(guān)鍵了。建議大家能最開(kāi)始逐字逐句的硬背,其實(shí)如果是你自己想的的話(huà),花不了多長(cháng)時(shí)間就能背完??梢凿泜€(gè)音在手機里,平時(shí)在地鐵里少聽(tīng)幾首BIGBANG就可以背下來(lái)了。等到差不多把之前說(shuō)的那幾大話(huà)題都找到個(gè)對應的理由并且背下來(lái)之后,就可以去練TPO, 或者黃金口語(yǔ)80題了?,F在就是一個(gè)把你背好的段子靈活運用到實(shí)戰里過(guò)程了。原來(lái)想下一個(gè)理由怎么說(shuō)的過(guò)程就轉化成立怎么把題目關(guān)聯(lián)到自己模板上的過(guò)程。這樣一來(lái)整體難度降低了百分之46.57%(據不可靠數據 )實(shí)話(huà)說(shuō)我獨立口語(yǔ)跑題了,而且我知道很多我周?chē)谡Z(yǔ)大神們都有口語(yǔ)說(shuō)跑題的現象,到*依舊28,30分,這是因為托福跟SAT/ACT 不一樣,托福的初衷永遠是測試你的英語(yǔ)水平,這點(diǎn)在考試中大家慢慢體會(huì )。大家在練習時(shí)可以錄音然后重聽(tīng)自己的不足,邏輯上的缺陷,發(fā)現問(wèn)題趕緊改(就是再說(shuō)一遍)。每天說(shuō)5個(gè)獨立題,時(shí)間長(cháng)了,發(fā)現自己手機里已經(jīng)有無(wú)數個(gè)獨立錄音的時(shí)候的成就感是大于RMB玩家一身金色裝備的成就感的。而且還會(huì )發(fā)現自己口語(yǔ)還真是進(jìn)步了不少。 綜合口語(yǔ)綜合口語(yǔ)就不能再用段子和理由了。3,4,5,6題的基本套路大家都知道了,一起說(shuō)。首先自己去想好每道題的起承轉合怎么說(shuō)。實(shí)在不行買(mǎi)本書(shū)看看,然后把它個(gè)性化。比如第三題模板:*句話(huà):A letter from a student suggests that…because( ) and also( ).如果是學(xué)校通知,那*句話(huà)就可以是:The announced to ( ) because and also( ).第二句: The student in the strongly agrees/disagrees with the proposal.理由:Firstly, she points out that… Also, she says that…這個(gè)并不強求死記硬背,綜合的模板是幫助大家更好地組織自己的語(yǔ)言。但是很多考生自己很自信的認為口語(yǔ)套路自己都熟悉完全不用被什么模板,可真正開(kāi)始考口語(yǔ)了,在beep一聲之后只能張嘴看屏幕的情況也是有的。畢竟口語(yǔ)是托??荚囘^(guò)程中最讓人緊張的一科;如果有了模板加持,就如同劉備有了諸葛亮,管理大局上不用自己操心了,媽媽再也不用擔心我張大嘴看屏幕堅持一整分鐘了。其實(shí)所謂綜合口語(yǔ)的模板只不過(guò)是個(gè)技巧,*霸是用不上這些東西的,因為死記硬背反倒會(huì )影響他們臨場(chǎng)的發(fā)揮。但是點(diǎn)進(jìn)來(lái)的同學(xué)大多可能都還沒(méi)有得到自己最理想的口語(yǔ)分數,那就先嘗試使用模板,因為有了模板就如同嚼著(zhù)綠箭到處交朋友一般,說(shuō)話(huà)會(huì )更加自信,原本想下一句話(huà)怎么說(shuō)的時(shí)間就變成了說(shuō)模板的時(shí)間,會(huì )使后面的內容有理有序的說(shuō)完。真的不錯哦 。背完模板就有了框架,然后就拿去實(shí)戰,有助于記憶和對模板的靈活運用。多練TPO是*的實(shí)戰利器——莎士比亞。 語(yǔ)音語(yǔ)調和發(fā)音語(yǔ)音語(yǔ)調和發(fā)音也是OG里明確說(shuō)的采分點(diǎn),這個(gè)還真是個(gè)長(cháng)時(shí)間積累的過(guò)程了。我雖然口語(yǔ)表達不算太流利,但是我一旦有了模板和萬(wàn)能理由,我會(huì )去先注意好發(fā)音和語(yǔ)調。我考口語(yǔ)后面一哥們從頭喊到尾,那發(fā)音聽(tīng)上去像是哈爾濱英語(yǔ)摻雜著(zhù)一點(diǎn)山東口音的感覺(jué),在整個(gè)考場(chǎng)掀起了一陣菜市場(chǎng)高潮,老燃了。建議大家不要用喊來(lái)彌補自己發(fā)音上的不足,音量固然重要,但是過(guò)分的刻意的音調只會(huì )讓你顯得做作。只有聽(tīng)上去能讓考官感到舒服的發(fā)音和語(yǔ)調才是*的。對于備考時(shí)間長(cháng)的同學(xué)可以沒(méi)事去看看美劇,看多了能培養一種英語(yǔ)的sense. 但是對于短時(shí)間備考緊張的同學(xué)來(lái)說(shuō),看美劇=浪費時(shí)間。如果只有一個(gè)月要想讓自己發(fā)音有個(gè)質(zhì)的飛躍基本是不可能的,建議大家跟著(zhù)TPO里綜合口語(yǔ)的聽(tīng)力部分一句一句地聽(tīng)然后模仿,重聽(tīng),直到自己發(fā)音無(wú)限接近于托福官方的發(fā)音為止。在考試時(shí)說(shuō)口語(yǔ)的時(shí)候盡量加上一些抑揚頓挫,問(wèn)句一定要揚,絕對是加分項。關(guān)于筆記至于筆記真的是因人而異了,每個(gè)人都有自己不同的喜好,自己的方法一定最適合自己。我個(gè)人習慣把筆記分成兩邊,最上面寫(xiě)主題或者問(wèn)題。3,5題就是左邊記問(wèn)題右邊理由,4,6題左邊記professor說(shuō)的名詞或者概念,右邊記他給的example??谡Z(yǔ)筆記盡量保證不漏聽(tīng)的情況下盡可能多寫(xiě),目的是讓大家掌握住所有lecture和里的內容,只要不遺漏關(guān)鍵的理由,說(shuō)不完沒(méi)有關(guān)系。多說(shuō)無(wú)益,盡快實(shí)戰吧,祝大家都能通過(guò)模板戰勝和托福分手。拜了個(gè)拜。文 | Hank Zhang
