2. 強記憶。聽(tīng)錄音時(shí)要邊聽(tīng)邊記，強化記憶。記錄時(shí)要有重點(diǎn)、有技巧，如：數字用阿拉伯數字記錄，地點(diǎn)、人名用代號，長(cháng)詞用縮寫(xiě)，長(cháng)句抓住主要成份等。
3. 抓主旨。聽(tīng)句子回答問(wèn)題要把題干、問(wèn)題有機聯(lián)系在一起，聽(tīng)對話(huà)、短文，要抓住主旨大意。教學(xué)生學(xué)會(huì )抓關(guān)鍵詞。在*英語(yǔ)五、*的聽(tīng)力測試中聽(tīng)短文做出判斷或選擇是個(gè)難點(diǎn)，所以我們要求學(xué)生在聽(tīng)的過(guò)程中注重捕捉聽(tīng)力材料中所涉及到的人物(who)，時(shí)間(when)，地點(diǎn)(where)，事件(what)。因為我們所教對象是*生，所以可以讓他們把英語(yǔ)中的聽(tīng)短文材料理解與語(yǔ)文中的短文閱讀作比較，掌握好這四個(gè)要素。另外對于一些特殊疑問(wèn)詞，比如原因(why)，方式(how)，程度(how much/ how long)，數字(how many/ how much)，選擇(which)，在聽(tīng)的過(guò)程中也要注意。
二 老師如何訓練？
1.單項性聽(tīng)和整體性聽(tīng)相結合的方法
單項性聽(tīng)是把聽(tīng)的材料分為各個(gè)語(yǔ)言層次，讓學(xué)生分步聽(tīng)，進(jìn)行聽(tīng)力基本訓練。整體性聽(tīng)是在聽(tīng)力基本功訓練的基礎上所進(jìn)行的聽(tīng)的活動(dòng)。
2.分散訓練和集中訓練相結合的方法
分散訓練主要是分散于詞匯、句型、語(yǔ)言、課文教學(xué)中以各種單位和各種方式進(jìn)行的聽(tīng)的活動(dòng)。由于聽(tīng)的活動(dòng)要求注意力高度集中，時(shí)間長(cháng)了易于使學(xué)生疲勞，所以分散訓練是一種有效的方法。但是分散訓練時(shí)間短，不能就聽(tīng)本身的訓練進(jìn)行系統指導和安排，所以學(xué)生聽(tīng)力不易迅速提高。只有集中進(jìn)行聽(tīng)的訓練，時(shí)間才能得到保證，教師才能集中精力，根據不同學(xué)生的不同聽(tīng)力困難，加以具體幫助和指導。
3.理解和反應相結合的方法
學(xué)生在聽(tīng)力練習中，只有真正聽(tīng)懂了，才能作出正確反應，而是否聽(tīng)懂也只有靠作出反應的正確與否來(lái)檢驗。所以，如何才能使學(xué)生聽(tīng)得又快又好，是在訓練中要著(zhù)重解決的問(wèn)題。
三 老師如何引導？
在整個(gè)的聽(tīng)力訓練過(guò)程中，主要的參與對象是學(xué)生，老師主要是擔任引導者監督者的角色。但是，這樣的引導和監督，非常的重要，需要注意的內容有如下
1.隨時(shí)發(fā)現學(xué)生注意力分散
聽(tīng)力練習是以聽(tīng)為中心的練習，不同于其它的練習，可以在過(guò)后很方便的再次呈現，它是聽(tīng)的活動(dòng)結束，練習也相應結束的。所以，老師應該保證在聽(tīng)的過(guò)程中，少部分學(xué)生的注意力分散，避免對于走神者來(lái)說(shuō)的，題型的浪費，時(shí)間的浪費。要做到學(xué)生在聽(tīng)，老師聽(tīng)且兼看。聽(tīng)練習的內容，看學(xué)生是否專(zhuān)注。一旦發(fā)現有學(xué)生走神了，應該迅速提醒，糾正其行為。
2.發(fā)現大部分學(xué)生有困惑的地方
練習過(guò)程中，老師的聽(tīng)和看是非常重要的。聽(tīng)能知道練習的內容，看還能從多數學(xué)生的反應里面，迅速知道學(xué)生的情況。遇到新的知識點(diǎn)的或者極容易出錯的地方，有時(shí)甚至可以停下來(lái)，引導學(xué)生探討，得出答案，還可以舉一反三，以后遇到相應的題型，便能相對容易的完成。
3.注意引導，熟悉題型之后注意提醒
在開(kāi)始進(jìn)行各種聽(tīng)力練習的訓練的時(shí)候，老師要反復提醒學(xué)生運用相應的技巧，到了一定程度之后，老師便要從說(shuō)的角色，轉為提醒，讓學(xué)生自己回憶所需要的方法。
4.反復練習
學(xué)生聽(tīng)力技巧的形成也不是一次兩次練習就能形成的。老師要做到每隔幾天進(jìn)行練習，保證技巧不斷的運用，能力的不斷提高。
5.煽動(dòng)學(xué)生，激發(fā)他們的興趣
聽(tīng)力是相對靜的教學(xué)活動(dòng)，難以在形式上激發(fā)學(xué)生的興趣，但也能從完成練習的成就感方面讓學(xué)生喜歡它。這要求聽(tīng)力難度要適中，偶爾有一定挑戰性；另外，老師在其過(guò)程中語(yǔ)言的煽動(dòng)性也能起到很好的刺激作用。如，在進(jìn)入題型之前，老師可以激發(fā)學(xué)生猜測題型，讓學(xué)習有個(gè)競爭心里，并在完成練習之后稍微總結一下，看誰(shuí)對的多，讓學(xué)生收獲成就感。
